NoctiFlow is software that connects to a creator's Fanvue account via Fanvue's official API and helps automate fan conversations, including AI-generated replies and pay-to-view (PPV) messaging, on the creator's behalf.
You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the creator accounts you connect. You are responsible for complying with Fanvue's Terms, applicable laws (including any obligation to disclose that a fan is interacting with AI), and for ensuring every persona you configure represents an adult (18+).
You must not use NoctiFlow to involve minors in any way, to produce illegal content, to harass, defraud or harm users, or to circumvent Fanvue's rules or detection. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this.
Paid plans are billed through the Fanvue App Store under the plan you select. Taxes may apply. Plan details are shown at the point of purchase.
You grant us the limited right to access and process the data needed to provide the service (see our Privacy Policy). You remain responsible for the content sent on your behalf.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and may change or discontinue features.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
You may stop using the service and delete your data at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend access for breach of these Terms.
